PICCA Main Office
From Columbus: Take Route 23 south approximately 20 miles to the Circleville Exit. Turn left onto W. Main Street, travel east to the third traffic light. Turn right onto S. Court Street, travel south to the fifth traffic light. Turn left onto E. Ohio Street, travel east three and one-half blocks. PICCA will be on your right, just before the General Electric Plant.
From Lancaster: Take Route 22 west approximately 19 miles into Circleville. At the third traffic light turn left on Route 56/E. Main Street. At the next traffic light turn right onto Kingston Pike. Turn right at the next traffic light onto E. Ohio Street and travel approximately one-half mile. PICCA will be on your left, just after General Electric.
From Chillicothe: Take Route 23 north approximately 18 miles to the fourth traffic light after leaving Chillicothe area, turn right. Turn left onto S. Court Street and travel to the second traffic light. Turn right onto E. Ohio Street, travel east three and one-half blocks. PICCA will be on your right, just before the General Electric Plant.
From Washington Court House: Take Route 22 east approximately 25 miles into Circleville to the fourth traffic light. Turn right onto S. Court Street, travel south to the fifth traffic light. Turn left onto E. Ohio Street, travel east three and one-half blocks. PICCA will be on our right, just before the General Electric Plant.
Directions to Head Start:
Ashville Center
From Route 23: Turn east onto Route 316 (at the light between McDonald’s and Wendy’s in South Bloomfield) and travel approximately one and one-half miles. Miller Avenue will be on you left just before the train bridge as you enter Ashville. The Ashville Head Start Center is on the left before the apartment complex.
Circleville Center
From Columbus: Take Route 23 south approximately 20 miles to the Circleville Exit. Turn left onto W. Main Street, travel east to the third traffic light. Turn right onto S. Court Street, travel south to the fourth traffic light. Turn left onto E. Corwin Street, the Circleville Head Start Center is on the right across from the Everts Middle School football field.
From Lancaster: Take Route 22 west approximately 19 miles into Circleville. At the third traffic light turn right onto E. Main Street. Travel west on E. Main Street to the second traffic light, turn left onto S. Pickaway Street. Travel five blocks and turn right onto E. Corwin Street. The Circleville Head Start Center is on the right across from the Everts Middle School football field.
From Chillicothe: Take Route 23 north approximately 18 miles to the fourth traffic light after leaving Chillicothe area, turn right. Turn left onto S. Court Street and travel to the third traffic light. Turn right onto E. Corwin Street, the Circleville Head Start Center is on the right across from the Everts Middle School football field.
From Washington Court House: Take Route 22 east approximately 25 miles into Circleville to the fourth traffic light. Turn right onto S. Court Street, travel south to the fourth traffic light. Turn left onto E. Corwin Street, the Circleville Head Start Center is on the right across from the Everts Middle School football field.
Mound Street Center, Circleville
From Columbus: Take Route 23 south approximately 20 miles to the Circleville Exit. Turn left onto W. Main Street, travel east to the fifth traffic light. Turn right onto S. Pickaway Street and travel 2 blocks to E. Mound Street. Turn left at E. Mound Street, the Mound Street Elementary School is approximately two and one-half blocks down on the left.
From Lancaster: Take Route 22 west approximately 19 miles into Circleville. At the third traffic light travel “straight” through onto Mingo St. Travel two blocks and turn right onto E. Mound Street, the Mound Street Elementary School is approximately one block down on the right.
From Chillicothe: Take Route 23 north approximately 18 miles to the fourth traffic light after leaving Chillicothe area, turn right. Turn left onto S. Court Street and travel to the fifth traffic light. Turn right onto E. Mound Street and the Mound Street Elementary School is approximately three and one-half blocks down on the left.
From Washington Court House: Take Route 22 east approximately 25 miles into Circleville to the fourth traffic light. Turn right onto S. Court Street, travel south to the third traffic light. Turn left onto E. Mound Street and the Mound Street Elementary School is approximately three and one-half blocks down on the left.
Westfall Center
From Circleville: Take Route 22 west to the first traffic light. Turn right onto Route 56 west and travel approximately 9 miles, the Westfall Elementary School is just past Pherson Pike on the left.
