TRANSPORTATION
PICKAWAY AREA RURAL TRANSIT
Pickaway Area Rural Transit transports over 3,000 county residents on 70,000 trips traveling over 385,000 miles annually. Low cost public transportation is provided to anyone in Pickaway County, regardless of age or income.
Transportation also partners with Berger Health System, the Circleville City School System, the Westfall School System, the Teays Valley School System, and the Logan Elm School System and Pickaway County Job and Family Services providing transportation support to those organizations.

To schedule a ride, please contact the PART office, Monday through Friday from 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., at 740-474-8835. Twenty-four (24) hour advance reservation is required. Same day reservations will be accepted on a time and space available basis.
Point Deviation
Point Deviation is a curb to curb service and operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Closed Holidays. The driver cannot get off the bus to carry packages. Seating is limited. Please make sure you can carry all packages in one trip. Please contact the PART office for a schedule of these routes.
Columbus & Adena Shuttle
We go to Columbus and Adena Hospital Monday through Friday. We leave Circleville at 9:00 AM and return from 2:00 PM. You should make your appointments between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM. We make only one trip per day so you may have a long wait depending on how many appointments we have that day. Please make reservations 48 hours in advance.
Elderly & Disabled
To receive the elderly (age 60 or older) or disabled fare, a rider must obtain an elderly and disabled identification card. These cards can be obtained from the PART office by calling 740-474-8835. Senior Citizens must show proof of age (driver’s license or birth certificate) to receive the I.D. card. Persons with disabilities must complete an application which is signed by a certified health professional.
