TOYS FOR TOTS
PICCA provides toys for children of low-income families. Eight hundred and fifty to nine hundred income eligible children ages 1 through 14 receive toys each year. Funding is provided by donations from the community, United Way and PICCA employee fundraisers. The goal is to provide each child with at least $40 worth of gifts.
